In the Kitchen with Nonna – Learn to cook with our Venetian Grandmother

The first course of five-part cooking e-course series will teach you the basics of Venetian cooking. We will prepare a full menu consisting of antipasto, primo (first course), secondo and desserts. In addition to the basic menu, a special festive variety will be provided, notes on seasonal differences and how Venetians enrich food with herbs, blossoms and spices. This is particularly important in early spring and helps create healthy and natural detox food. You will also learn 20 easy cooking tips, so you can easily integrate Venetian food into your festive and everyday kitchen !
